Terms of booking and cancellation
1. Payment & Booking
Full payment is required at the time of booking through the calendar and Stripe.
2. Cancellations by the Client
More than 48 hours' notice: you will receive a full (100%) refund.
Less than 48 hours' notice: a cancellation fee equal to 1/3 (33%) of the total price will be retained, and the remaining 2/3 will be refunded.
No-shows: full payment will be retained.
3. Rescheduling
You may reschedule free of charge with at least 48 hours' notice. Your full payment will transfer to the new date.
Rescheduling within 48 hours is subject to availability and may incur the 1/3 cancellation fee if the slot cannot be refilled.
4. Cancellations by Us
If we need to cancel due to severe weather, emergency or other unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a full transfer or a 100% refund.
