2. Services and Online Bookings
Booking & Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking via our calendar and secure Stripe payment platform to confirm your slot.
Pet Health & Requirements:
- Owners must declare all relevant medical conditions, behavioural issues, or dietary requirements before booking any pet service.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service if a pet poses a safety risk to staff, other animals, or itself, or if mandatory vaccination requirements are not met.
Client Cancellations & Refunds:
- More than 48 hours' notice: If you cancel with more than 48 hours' notice before your scheduled session, you will receive a full (100%) refund.
- Less than 48 hours' notice: If you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice, a cancellation fee equal to 1/3 (33%) of the total price will be retained, and the remaining 2/3 will be refunded.
- No-shows: If you fail to attend without prior notice, the full payment will be retained and no refund will be issued.
Rescheduling:
- You may reschedule your session free of charge with at least 48 hours' notice, and your full payment will transfer to the new date. Rescheduling requests within 48 hours may incur the 1/3 fee if the slot cannot be refilled.
Cancellations by Us:
- If a session is cancelled by us due to severe weather, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a full transfer or a 100% refund.
3. Digital Downloads
Licence Grant: When purchasing digital products (e.g., downloadable guides, care plans, digital assets), we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal-use licence. You may not resell, redistribute, alter, or share these files.
Waiver of Cooling-Off Period: In accordance with UK consumer law, by clicking to download or stream digital content immediately upon purchase, you consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal/cancellation once the download begins.
Technical Requirements: You are responsible for ensuring that you have compatible hardware and software to open and view the digital formats provided (e.g., PDF, MP4).
4. Payments and Stripe Checkout
Pricing: All prices listed on the Website are in Pounds Sterling (£ GBP). We reserve the right to update prices at any time without prior notice.
Payment Processing: Payments for bookings and digital downloads are processed securely using Stripe. We do not store or directly handle your full credit or debit card details on our servers.
Failed Payments: If a payment transaction fails or is declined by your card issuer, the booking or digital download delivery will not be fulfilled.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this Website—including logos, text, graphics, images, branding, and digital downloads—is the intellectual property of Mikes Mutts or its content suppliers and is protected by UK and international copyright laws. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.
